This movie would be amazing if it had better character development.

I died laughing at the chase scene with the midget. The gore and shock value are done very well. The clown is creepy as hell and I really didn't expect that ending, nor what happened.

I gave this movie a 10 because it's low budget as hell and still done well. If it was on a bigger budget, I'd probably give it a 6. They did an awesome job with what they had to work with and the acting isn't too terribly bad with what they had to work with either.
