i know the game is coming out for ps2, but the problem is i chunked that old system and got me a ps3. i know i can play it on the ps3 but does anyone know if i can save the game data of TRA for ps2 directly to the ps3. all i know is that the memory card adapter for ps2 games to ps3 is just to move the data to hard drive but can we just save ps2 game data directly to a ps3.

You save PS1/2 data straight onto the hard drive.
