one episode said something about how there's a few more inches of weiner inside your body, and I didn't catch the explanation of how to "harness" it, anyone know how?

This has been in practice for a long time. Cut the ligaments/tendons between the base and what is inside/hiding. Then it gets "pulled out" and thus it appears to be longer. Like a bendy straw, you are just utilizing what is already there.

I wouldn't say it's worth cutting yourself for 2 inches ^_^;;

If you really want to know the best way to make your dong longer...you don't need surgery, but it takes time and it's VERY uncomfortable.

You need to wear a device that constantly stretches your wiener for 6hrs a day (minimum). After about 2 months you'll start to see some (noticeable) progress. Not sure if there's a limit, theortically I can't think of one, but MANswers said 6 months will max you out (about 40% increase in length and some in girth).

The principle is the same as you may have seen in the movie Gattaca...when Ethan Hawke's character used that bone-cutting proceedure to make himself taller...if you slowly stretch any body part that is not physically restricted, your cells will replicate in a way that will enlarge or elongate that region, but that force must be constant....hence the 6hrs a day.
