The Fake Movie Trailers

Does anybody want to see any of them made?

reply

No!

The fake trailers were hilarious, but that's because all of those films looked so damn awful, especially 'The Fatties'. The interminable 'Scorcher' franchise looked like the worst Noah Emmerich//Michael Bay action-disaster movie atrocity, and even the prestige picture 'Satan's Alley' seemed to be pretentious, pandering Oscar-bait.

Well, you could say the same thing about the "Machete" trailer but that ended up being made into a full length film, they even made a sequel...!

I know, and look how that turned out. 

Actually the first Machete wasn't that bad, but apart from Amber Heard as a bitchy beauty queen, the sequel was absolutely atrocious, nasty, misogynist, badly-made crap.

Well they did kinda make one of trailers IRL -- there was a "Booty Sweat" energy drink available for sale for a while.

reply

Really?

Did it have the original recipe.
Like the kind I use to drink in Nam?

reply

It’s booty juice

Satan's Alley was by far the funniest trailer!

The fatties was such a typical movie theater trailer so was hilarious.

The song, the flushing sound at the end..too funny
