Wildfloweri'm a ninjamay the force be with you!

reply

Jump in, HSM, Cheetahs 2!

reply

wow are you guys kidding?? I hate all these new movies of theirs, they're all like omg they kissed and do the right thing and all lol, my favorite was Rip Girls.

reply

i LOVED rip girls omg i like totally forgot about that one..

reply

mine are high school musical, johnny tsunami, johnny kapahala back on board, brink, get a clue, phantom of the megaplex, moms got a date with a vampire, halloweentown movies, genius

reply

My two faves are Tru Confessions and The Color of Friendship.

They don't even show Tru Confessions anymore. They need to! The Color of Friendship is shown around Black History Month.

There are some other great ones (back in the 90's) but these are the two that are just excellent in every way.

Let all of Oz be agreed I'm Wicked through and through.

reply

Brink, Halloweentown 1, the thirteeth year, HSM, Miracle in lane two

reply

oh yeah i think i remember rip girls, i like that one too :D

...and then I was like, "Goodnight everybody!!". And thats why we have to move. ~Miley Stewart

reply

Yeah Rip Girls was a good one, kind of an old one too but the older ones are better anyway. I remember watching them when I was 8 but I still do, haha, memories.

I also liked Hounded, Smart House, Brink, Cadet Kelly, uh can't remember that many but they were all great.

The new ones are not that great. I hate HSM, Chetah Girls, and Jump In. No offense but BORING lol. ZZZZzzzzzzzz

Just Being Me!

reply

i agree with u except for the HSM thing. i LOOOOVE HSM. its my guilty pleasure :]

reply

HSM is enjoyable, I'll admit that, but it's just not up to par with most of the earlier DCOMs. The ones people listed above were better acted, better written, and just better overall. DC has gotten soft over the years. It's all rainbows and butterflies now.

reply

Going to the Mat or whatever it's called...the one about the boy who is blind and joins teh school wrestling team. That one is by far the best Disney Original Movie. But it never comes on...which is retarded because that movie is ALOT better then the stupid crap that comes on there today. C'mon now, anyone else agree?

reply

mines was surf girls, johnny tsunami, johnny kapahala. mostly the older movies.

It was only a matter of time before someone made this thread!

I was definitely into all the "horror" DCOM's.

Under Wraps, Halloweentown, Phantom of the Megaplex, Don't Look Under the Bed, and Mom's Got a Date With A Vampire.

And for the people who remember the REALLY old DCOM's: Teen Witch, Wish Upon a Star, and Susie Q.

And I definitely LOVED The Color of Friendship. (One of my all-time favorites.)

(Wasn't there one about bowling called Alley Cats or something similar?)

And I agree with everyone who mentioned how DCOM's changed after the premiere of The Cheetah Girls.

Everything, especially the quality of these films, were simply less than before.

It also kind of seems that Disney Channel, in general, has really declined over the years.

Kind of sad, don'tcha think?

This time, Effie White's gonna win.

reply

i kind of agree, but anyways
my fave dcoms would be underwraps, genius, wish upon a star, model behavior, brink, halloweentown 1, and my date with the presidents daughter. actually there are way to many to name! lol i love the old ZOOGdisney remember that anyone?
that was when they had all of the best things. like smart guy sister sister and stuff, before they came out with lizzie mcguire.

reply

omfg!!!! i looooved susie q... i wish i could get that on dvd, i forgot all about it!!! i remember the lead guy was soooo hot, and wasn't susie q played by the same girl as kimberly from the power rangers!?!?!

reply

the first two zenon movies( the third one sucked the guy who played prota zoa wasn't as belivable as philip reese was in the first two) horse sense and jumping ship, genius
P.U.N.K.S.( did not think I would like this one) jet jackson the movie. The luck of the irish, kim possible so the drama, the first two halloween town movies. They used to put movies out almost every month now it seems like they only put out 3-6 a year I remember I was thirteen when I first saw genius when it came out as the second DCOM that I remember

reply

i cant remember most of them but of course, brink, punks, dont look under the bed, &more hahah .

reply

the movie your thinking of was Hounded.

reply

TRU CONFESSIONS, it's (one) of the only one who had a real message, with real live people, not the stupid "Everybod's happy at the end, evryone wins" disney stuff.

Avatar: The Last Airbender rocks!

reply

my favorites are Motocrossed, Johnny Tsunami and the first Zenon.

i love all these movies...seriously...I LOVE THEM

i grew up on them

but anyway what i was getting too is...

does anyone remember the movie with the olsen twins and they're like witches or something and their evil aunt is a twin and she locked her sister in a mirror

i know thats pretty vague but i didnt wanna go into TOO much detail but i do remember that the movie was really really good and i THINK...it was a DCOM

idk but i love all the disney channel movies.

reply

My Favorite of all time is Alley Cats Strike. I've been trying to buy it all over, but I can't find anyone or anywhere that has it. There are some more treasures. I loved everyone of em before 2002 then the quality started going down hill with the notable excellent exception of HSM.

reply

I love Alley Cats Strike, but they never play it any more.

Other than that,

Suzie Q
You Lucky Dog
Smart House
Wish Upon A Star
The Color of Friendship
Right on Track
Brink
Johnny Tsunami
