The owner of the Dirt Devils Shop... George Eads?

Who is the actor that plays the owner of the shop where the Dirt Devils have their equipment?

He is the guy who says something like, "They supply the dirt, I supply the Devil."

It looked like George Eads (CSI) from 15 years ago, so I thought this movie must be really old (someone is watching it on Netflix, that's why I happened to see it).

I looked it up, George Eads is not credited, and this movie is fairly recent.

Who plays the owner of the Dirt Devils shop?

I figured it out.

The character name is Troy, it's an actor named Philip Brown or something. He looks a lot like George Eads in some shots.

Someone in the house is watching this on Netflix for the second day in a row. Ugh.
