Remember how the heroine couldn't make out with the male lead because of all those silicon implanted area on her body? For the rest of her life she will have to cope with this situation. She will always have to worry about the silicon in her breasts leaking out, she won't be able to let her bf grab her butt for fear of messing up the implant there, she won't be able to enjoy passionate kisses because that might dislocate her nose implant. She went through all those plastic surgeries for love, but in the end she became incapable of consummating that love.

The above is the pathetic price she has to pay for her artificial gorgeousness, and it's not funny at all! That's why I don't think this movie is conveying the message that plastic surgery will solve all your problems!

That wasn't the problem though! she knew that he didn't like plastic! and rememeber what the doctor said is that if you touch it you can tell it's totally fake.

I'd made a statement while watching the movie that I thought she was adorable at her "200" lb weight. Really, as vain as it makes me sound, all you have to do is know how to take care of yourself.

If it means getting a suitable haircut or style, clothes that actually FIT you correctly, meaning that they complement your body shape, and pick the right colors that suit you, it helps a lot. Anyone can be pretty if they just try, and you don't even have to change yourself, really. Hair can grow back, makeup comes off, and clothes can change. It doesn't matter if you're 200lbs or 90lbs. It matters how you present yourself and if you are confident in that presentation.

You may not be a guy, but I'd find it hard to get mine up if she was naked. Fat people look nasty when they're naked.

I don't get why she need to put implants in her body. Her main problem in the past was her big size. So, liposuction will solve most of the problem, plus a little body sculpturing. She has enough material in her body. She doesn't need to put things in. Fat girl will usually have big bosoms. So, logically, the procedure she need to do is breast reduction, not, implants.

Haha, just my trivia thought.

Not all fat people have huge breasts, and breasts are made mostly of fat anyway. Women often complain about the loss of breast tissue after they've lost weight. Plus her breasts would be saggier, so of course she needed some boosting.
