Nobody knows the hour...

Not bad not great. A little conflicting in the dialogue -- and apparently the DVD Box cover too, going by the gun-wielding hand. In an earlier scene Malkovich's character says something to the effect that if the Romain Duris' character gives him five minutes it will all makes sense. The doctor takes the lawyer to the scene of a death about to happen. Later in the movie Malkovich's doctor says, "Nobody knows the hour of death." Well it appears that they may not know the hour -- but they do know the minute.

And. How would students at NYU not notice Anna the Russian immigrant working in the canteen? She (Pascale Bussières), is not in the least bit unattractive (shallow of me, I know); when the doctor describes her to the lawyer I was picturing some be-hairnetted stumpy Russian dinner lady (my apologies to all of the stumpy Russian dinner ladies reading this) with a hairy mole on her upper lip.

I think it tried to be a Sixth Sense and failed.
