I thought it was good! Especially Mario Lopez. :D He needs to be in more movies. :)

The movie was fluff, but that's ok, that's what I expected when I sat down to watch it. Thankfully the grandmother character was there. Made it more bearable.

But what really dragged down the movie was Mario Lopez. He just can't act. He's so stiff you'd think he had a rod up his... behind.

I think what I liked the most was that David was able to see past what she did wrong and was able to see what drove her to it. He saw her desperation to not be the black sheep of her family and was then able to discover that she was actually ideal for him. It was just a cute story.

Acting one's age is highly over-rated!

I loved it, except for the ending that got screwed up where I was. It was a cute story, and Mario Lopez is so sexy!

People should just enjoy it for what it is. It was just supposed to be an entertaining movie to watch with a cup of hot cocoa during Christmas vacation when you want to relax. Fun to watch with your family or friends wasn't meant to be ground breaking just funny and entertaining.

I liked it a lot actually. I can't wait to watch it again this Christmas. Now if they packaged Mario Lopez's everywhere, my Christmas would be complete!

I was looking forward to it, the write-up made it seem funny. The execution, however, wasn't. The movie had nothing that entertained me. I found all the characters to be unfocused and totally without humor - even the bathroom humor it kept serving up.

So, it was a crass disappointment for me. Even the talented actors (Timothy Bottoms, Markie Post and June Lockhart) were trapped in a stupid script. They acted more like patients in search of a therapist than a family.

I lasted 48 minutes, including commercials. That's about all the time I'm going to waste.

BTW, Melissa Joan Hart CANNOT act. Pouts and grimaces doth not an actress make.

I loved it! It's lighthearted holiday fun and that's all anyone should expect from it. I was actually coming on here to find out when it's coming on again but with no luck so far.

The Family channel (ABC Family) is showing it again on Sunday, Dec. 14th. Check your local listings but it looks like it will air during the afternoon. (here on the west coast it's on at 1:00 on the HD channel and 4:00 on the SD channel)

And I agree, it's a nice, light Christmas movie. Of course I'm a sucker for corny, sappy films around this time of year.

This movie is adorable! I really enjoyed it. Great holiday fun. Thankfully I taped it when it aired last year so I can watch it whenever I want.

I loved it. I mean, I went into it not expecting something epic like National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation or White Christmas... and it, by any means, wasn't. But it had the feel-good factor. I cried a little when she was talking about disappointing her parents... and, at least I thought, there was GREAT chemistry between Melissa Joan Hart and Mario Lopez. When he was shaving!?!?!? OH MY GOODNESS! And just all those cute little scenes they had together were great. No, there performances definitely wouldn't win them an Oscar... but their performance wasn't so bad that it detracted from the story. I though they did a good job. I liked this movie a whole whole lot

My thoughts exactly, kdiddy33. I wasn't expecting anything great, but I was expecting a goofy little story filled with some romance and laughs. I was not disappointed, and I agree that there was good chemistry between the main characters. I am okay with admitting that I'll watch this one again someday.
