they should give this show another chance...at least another season. no show is perfect from the outset....(well, maybe 'Lost' but that's now dwindling....)I loved S&TC and enjoyed this programme for different reasons. pretty please??!!

absolutely. i just bought the dvd as i'm a fan of Julian ovenden who plays Eric but even after the first episode i was hooked, as was my flatmate. its just great girly fun and had so much potential!! i am so upset it got cancelled after only 7 of the intended 13 were made. it just never had a chance because of the writers strike!

please bring it back!!!

Sgt.: Honestly?

Danny: No, no, lie to me.

I prefer cashmere mafia than Lipstick jungle. Broke shields is completely unnatural. But they just didn't continue with Cashmere Mafia. I really don't understand.

The cancellation of this show proves the American viewing audiance is tired of the fictitious nature of the idea of teh sucessful woman. It appears with shows like this one and Lipstick jungle that their image of the sucessful American woman is skewed somewhat. While there are women who are lawyers, police, district attorneys, shows like CM and LP try and force feed the sucessful American woman as a producer, a magazine publisher, or some hig corporate CEO. They leave out the doctors, nurses, and medical personal who don't make the six figures, the real sucessful women, who contribute to the everyday workings of society. PLus it was a poorly written and badlky acted drama. The story lines were jumped into, especially the one where the one went to teh hamptons to 'work' with her co-worker she obviously wanted to bang, and the stupid husband who believed she was innocently working when the a888H888 showed up at the hotel room door in a robe. Thank god LP ratings are in the tank, and LP can join CM on the cutting room floor.
