It is indeed a fantastic soundtrack. The Carousel/Red Pyramid Battles the Missionary in particular is so beautiful and pulse pounding. Shame it couldn't have been for a better movie.
shareAkira Yamaoka IMHO is one of the greatest, most underrated, and neglected musical geniuses out there. His works deserve a Grammy.

The soundtrack was deifinitely the highlight of the film (not that that was hard to do though -- movie was mediocre). Yamaoka is a genius and Jeff Danna is criminally underrated (as someone else said the OST for RE: Apocalypse was great in spite of the film being bad).
