I just watched this movie on the Syfy channel.

I have only played Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams and that was a very long time ago. Silent Hill 2 was not my favorite game ever. I thought it was creepy, but also slow. The movie seemed to capture the creep factor the game has. I also noticed that the movie used the same music the game used when characters interact and exchange exposition to advance the plot.

Overall, I think it was a good video game movie. But obviously from what I have read that is not how most people feel.

Anyway, it looks like they were trying to make a 3rd film but obviously that has not happened.
