Did teenagers with autism direct this?

The first SH is arguably the best film adaption of a video game there has been so far -- not that it has much competition -- but, conversely, SHR has to be close to the worst!

Were they shooting for a parody of the first film, or were they drunk and / or high while making this abject schlock? Also, what the heck were Carrie-Anne Moss and Malcom McDowell (not to mention, Sean Bean) doing demeaning themselves in this -- are that short of a quid??

One of the worst films I've ever endured and made ever worse compared to its predecessor.
