I have watched the preview, but they don't always spill the beans on how much profanity and nudity is in a movie. Previews are deceiving all the time.
It's plainly stated on the main page that it's "Rated R for language, some sexual content and drug use" now if that isn't enough to make a decision then you are hopeless. I'd be more concerned about VIOLENCE than nudity and profanity in movies if I was going to let a child watch.

Also, there is actually a site dedicated to informing parents of how appropriate certain films are for kids. I'm not going to tell you it's name: see if you can find it via Google.
Let your kids decide if they want to watch it or not. If your kids can't get to see any nudity in movies approved by you, they will get their fix elsewhere.

Adults shouldn't watch it let alone children. It's not a good movie. There is a raunchy sex scene that you'll miss if you blink...I think they cuss quite a bit...but as multiple people stated not really something that is going to keep a kids attention ...
