what is this film?
I caught this film about 30 minutes into it, but had no idea whats going on so just gave up. Can someone give me a synopsis please....

Callie and the other three patients we see all need heart transplants. Frank get his, but does not survive. Darlene Callie and Jasper all do. Jasper and Callie get hearts from a married couple that died in a auto accident. They both become concerned about the couple's young daughter. Jasper and Callie fall in love. The little girl is now living with her grandfather. Jasper and Callie get married and invite their friend, Darlene and the little girl to the wedding.
