A horror movie that can make you cry (spoilers)

This movie went beyond my expectations. Thought it was a horror movie , but it turned out a sci fi thriller.
The begining was a little slow. Now I know why the first girl injected didn't fight. The ending twist was great. Explained everything. I don't know why people didn't like this besides the blood looking very fake. A person who didn't like this said they "didn't get it and had their head spinning" SCi Fi is not supposed to make since. It's futuristic fairytale nightmare unreal untrue bizzar reality made for entertainment. I was entertained.
