Twig type lamp in main character's office

Does anyone know where we can find the marvellous white LED type twig light in the main character's office. It was on the table by the office door. We've seen poor imitations of this twig light, but nothing as richly lit as this lamp. Any ideas what make it is?

It's an Ikea lamp which uses very little energy.
