If Adness wants Kamen Rider to be big and stay big in American and outside of Japan and if KRDK becomes a success, the next series they should adapt is Kiva.
Why?
Because a Kiva adaptation can captialize on two currently big pop culture films: Twilight and The Dark Knight. Kiva is vampire themed and bat themed at the same time.
Also, it can relate to one of the Riders in Dragon Knight, and that is Kamen Rider Wing Knight.
As for a title of the show, I think the best name for it is:
Kamen Rider Night (as in the time of day to rhyme with the word 'Knight' from Dragon Knight because vampires and bats come out at night).
Think about it. A Kiva adaptation, or Kamen Rider Night as I like to call it, could mix elements from Kamen Rider, Twilight, and The Dark Knight at the same time and possibly make it better than the original Japanese counterpart.
So yeah, I'm definitely in favor of a Kiva adaptation. Adapting Kabuto or Blade next are good candidates as well since Kabuto has 11 different colored and insect themed Riders with bikes and Hyper Mode while Blade has the card motif, but I still think a Kiva adaptation should come before them.

I'd imagine the modern riders don't give much to work with. Kiva really didn't have much of a plot towards the end, and neither did Kabuto. Decade would almost be easier...
I would think though, that they'd be tempted to stay current, and dive in straight with W, or go with the most plot heavy and easily adaptable, which would be Agito, then maybe Faiz or Blade.
Den-O would be awesome if only for the Imagin though, those costumes are great.
