i totally agree with you, i brought the dvd just for him. and have u heard his english accent it personally make me think of him as 10x hotter, and since i'm young and not in that denzel's generation, i do think he looks a little better then him. also if you wanna see him look a step hotter watch Prom Night if u haven't seen it yet

He also was in "The Gospel," which is another very good movie. I think it's kinda cool how he and the guy who plays Dr. House are both British but can talk like us Americans.

DITTO DITTO DITTO!!!!! I TOTALLY AGREE with what everyone has said about Idris! Yall know he's a DJ too! I heard he is super nice/cool too! The first time I paid attention to him was in Daddy's Little Girls, but he's not as sexy in that movie...in THIS CHRISTMAS he's super duper sexy lol...i think it's his rebel-ish vibe that's a big turn on! I can watch this movie over and over and over...it's such a beautiful bunch of folks!

I still think of Stringer Bell of The Wire when I see Idris Elba on screen. Doesn't matter, he's fine whatever he's in.

That's not true. I'm light and I like pretty boys. The complexion doesn't really matter to me but, most of the men I've dated were caramel and light/mixed.

Idris Elba is a fine actor who deserves bigger roles than he's gotten since
The Wire.

If you want to see him in a movie where he is fine as hell, watch Sometimes in April. It's a sad movie because it's about the Rowandan genocide but Damn, I WOULDN'T take my eyes off him in that movie. I'd seen him in the Gospel but I NOTICED him in SIA. Gorgeous man! And his natural accent is British which makes him even sexier.
