Yes. You control the darkness, which manifests itself on Jackie... with it come some interesting powers.

You can control the demon arms of the darkness, so can crawl around, through vents etc. These can attack people and head their faces.

You can control the tentacles of the darkness, with which you can devour peoples hearts. This can be quite cool when the two demon heads fight over a heart.

You can use the arms to pick up stuff (bodies, cars, tables etc.) which you can then fling around (not really that useful apart from unblocking doors etc.)

You can create black holes which suck people in and kill them rag-doll esque...

You can execute people, which are generally quite gruesome.

But the best is you can summon darklings to do your bidding. Some will gun people down, some kamikaze into people and blow up, some destroy lights... But the best ones... they run up to people and will attack them with whatever they can lay their hands on. Is quite fun to watch a little imp jump on some guys head and attempt to unscrew it.

Although not the best game, it was quite fun once you got the hang of it. But its not even close to the comics. They are proper violent... in such a great way. (picture a body sliced into a hundred even pieces)
