The Romanian castle?
Is that the same location that was used in Full Moon's "Subspecies" films? Anyone know?

Yes the Subspecies films use Castle Hunedoara for one of their locations.
Bloodrayne was also shot there.

Believe it or not, that is one of the real Vlad Dracula's castle's... First he had Bran Castle, and he also had one more... So he had 3 different locations in Translyvania...

Well, for the non-romanian speakers out there, that would be Vlad the Impaler(Tepes in Romanian).
Dracula actually is Dracul without the "a" and it's translated The Devil which was more or less of a nickname. He was part of the Order of the Dragon which had as their crest a Dragon and a Cross. The dragon was one of the reasons he was called The Devil (Dracul). This would be a brief description of Dracula's origin.
You forgot to mention Peles in Sinaia - did Vlad live there too?
And dracului - isn't that a bad word?
