HA HA! America hates this show, but only because they don't get it.

I'm British by the way and thought it got terrible after they stopped thinking after the first series.

That is a blanket statement. I love this show, I love the UK version. I went and hung out at my brothers and to my surprise, he and his roommate had all the episodes on the DVR and watched them over and over.

I gave them the copies of all the UK ones too!

So, not everyone in the US does not get the show, there are a lot of us who absolutely LOVE IT!

Sorry, Dust, your post is foolish, considering how many Brit shows have been imported and done quite well over here. I remember quite a few years ago how delighted my father was when the cast of "Are You Being Served" went on a publicity tour of the States since the show gathered such a following. I've been able to catch many of your shows, even on the old local tv station, over the years. So, somebody must be watching.
