Where Can I Find This DVD In Region 1-PLEASE HELP

I can find this on any region 1 code so that I can watch here in America so please anyone knows where I can get it please let me know, I need your help. Thank you

There aren't any DVDs of Twins Mission that is Region 1 or region all.

If you don't want to get the vcd, then you could wait or try downloading it.
