question when superman's blood landed on Lois's face...

During the fight when Superman is getting beaten by Doomsday, Doomsday picks up Superman by the head and punches him in the stomach 3 times. Then in the next shot he punches him again and we see some of Superman's blood landing on Lois's face. But where did Doomsday hit superman on that 4th hit? Did he punch him in he face when we saw his blood land on lois's face?
