Just finished watching this! What a poingnantly movie. A must see! This movie deserves an Oscar!

Yes, a very worthy film which hopefully will bring a lot of attention to this subject.

If you want to make a real-life award to someone who campaigns on these issues of abuse in residential schools and genocide (especially in Canada), then it should go to Kevin Annett, a tireless campaigner for justice for aboriginal peoples. Search for 'hiddenfromhistory.org' for more information.

I thought it was very well done.
and it actually has a point.

Interesting yes, Oscar worthy? Really? I don't think so (No offense to the makers, I did enjoy it, though I felt there where a few too many throwaway characters throughout the film.)
