I should have mentioned in my other post about this movie that Stephane Rideau fans will be sorely disappointed if they think they'll see him for any more than a few seconds in no more than three scenes...... and one of those scenes he does even have any lines. Still, watch the movie, Huppert and Ulliel are great.

it is a big disappointment as you say. Particularly when you see that Duras made him an important character in her book--he really takes over when Joseph disappears with the rich woman. I guess Rithy Panh figured he had enough plot threads going on without fully going into Agosti.
