this is over the top. Literally every review giving this over two out of ten stars is from people who sing up for IMDB just to review this one single title.
IMDB us apparently making money by having marketing people sign up for "IMDB Pro".
the review sections for films are becoming USELESS
Yeah this has been going on for awhile now. Truly, all IMDB pro exists for is people involved in a movie to get a jump on real people with their spam reviews, use their multiple accounts to rate a review up and keep their "greatest movie in the history of mankind" review on the main page.
IMDB pro is useless because they always get information 3rd and 4th hand to all the fan based sites. Then you want to find out something and IMDB tells you to join them to get any info on a particular upcoming movie, and instead you google it, and find it's ALL OVER THE NET for FREE!
Quite right, anyone who sees just 5 minutes of this movie will immediately understand that all the positive reviews are no way from 'proper' reviewers or ordinary viewers.
The best we can do is report obvious shilling like this as well as to cast as many votes as possible to drive the rating to where it should be.
