All of the depressing scene's she was in were heartwrenching, and painfull to watch, and she made it even more powerful by showing her true emotions, and that what makes other actors compared to her suck!. Very underrated performance.
shareThe real insult is that they gave it to Sandra for that annoying bitchy southern brat, depriving both Gabourey of her well-deserved award AND Sandra a few years later of the award for her far superior character in "Gravity". Way to shoot your foot, dopes.
