She sort of mention ed "whoever's up there" when she was on her way to school. but her family situation probably keeps her from believing in anything fully..

how do you know god did not help her by getting her into the alternative school and? By having her leave Mary and the person who was raping her? Abdul growing up w out the abuse she did?
