stereotypical, clichéd, white privilege, comedy masterpiece

Seriously.....who on earth is the target demographic for this frequently hilarious movie?
Even if you take away all the 'abuse', the central character is still one of the most unlikable creations ever comitted to film. And somehow, we're supposed to root for her?
The movie would be funny enough if it just wallowed in her own "I aint dun nuffin" black mindset.....but when you heap upon it all the other characters and situations....this movie is comedy gold.

The only problem is, the film-makers intentions were to make the target audience (i.e, lazy black people, who take no responsibility for their actions or inactions.......and self hating white SJW's) think "Oh my God....this poor girl"

The fact that this movie recieved so many plaudits as a piece of 'serious' cinema......is largely the reason why there is (thankfuly) a upturn in decent people wising up to the lie that is 'multiculturalism' and the reality of 'reverse racism'
No person (regardless of their creed or colour) should live this way?
Also no person (regardless of creed or colour) should have to apologise any more for 'slavery' (any more than blacks should still be citing such 'slavery' as an excuse for their current behaviour in the 21st century)

But every few years, film-makers put out 'excuse' movies like this (12 YEARS A SLAVE, BIRTH OF A NATION) to highlight the plight of a race of people (who simply refuse to move forward in life and expect everything handed to them, because the actions of people from centuries ago) with the built-in (time-honoured) cop-out of calling everything they don't agree with as "Racist"

And whilst the other movies I mentioned are period pieces, updating such themes (as with PRECIOUS') doesn't make it any less lazier thinking (or indeed, film-making)

Hopefuly Donald Trump can try clean up this 'Welfare-Culture' that (largely) afro-americans latch onto. The fact that violent black-on-black crime statistics rise every year (despite great leaps in equality for all races......not to mention the highly hypocritical 'Black Lives Matter' movement) is the reason why I'll continue to chuckle (heartedly) at this movie (or others like it) that expects me to empathise with such ugly, lazy and evil characters, who set themselves back further than any KKK group ever could, by their own actions (or lack of)

And if anyone doesn't like what I've said......I guess to save time, you could pull out the trusty old 'Race Card'

.....or if all else fails.....shoot me dead (and cite the enviroment that you created, as the convenient reason for such violence?)

you're overreacting to a movie that portrays what some people have gone through. Some people have gone through worse. Because they're Black, you assume that it's only about race and targeted to a certain race. There are movies all over the world that portray similar themes of poverty, abuse, and despair. The abuse and despair aren't limited to race nationality, social class, or ethnic groups. but it's clear it's Black people who you've grown to hate the most. I wonder why you even bothered to see the movie You know you already hate everyone in it. It's disturbing that you find child abuse, rape, and AIDs hilarious. But I guess you've been raised that way.

There's a movie "Bastard out of Carolina" that's a true story and is about poor White people. There are some films from India. "Salaam Bombay" and a documentary about little girls being sold into prostitution by their families (I can't remember the title).

You hate the type of people you see on the screen because you hate the types of people you se in your mind. But this is not simply a racist issue. This isn't even a stereotypical movie. It's a fiction story that tackles various themes. Most people do not live like this even though some do.

For some reason, you see this movie as being unreal, yet are willing to believe that it depicts ALL welfare recipients. Many welfare recipients are White. Believe me, not only will Trump clean this up, he'll clean you out, too. He doesn't love you. He just wants your money in his and his buddies pockets. That's his specialty. He believes in Corporate Welfare; as some Trump supporters are slowly finding out. He sweet talked you and you spread your legs. If you're not a billionaire, he's going to treat you like Precious' father. Like Precious, you'll just put up with it and pretend things are working out. Pray he doesn't give your finances HIV.
