Who is the actress who plays "Hyo" character?

the leading lady is the same mute character in the movie - kung fu hustle - methinks

Dude Kung Fu Hustle was a Chinese movie, this is a Korean movie, Plus the man was asking about the other girl "Hyo" who was with the so called villians and was wearing a red armour type suite in the movie,and about whom i would also like to know,Not the leading lady damn she is expression less.....
