Personally i think he is a good actor who is coming into his own with the new projects, however some of his early work leaves a lot to be desired, but the new films are a lot better.

I loved Vinnie in everything he has done, especially The Condemned, Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels oh and don't forget Mean Machine.
Cannot wait for this one, it seems more of a serious role for him.

You are all joking of course!!! He's not an actor in any way - he's a retired footballer that had a reputation as a hard man.
He is just being "Vinnie Jones" the persona - in anything that he is in - which is fine: as that is what he's hired for.
Fair play to him for a second career - and apparently a successful one, but to analyse Vin's acting is frankly hilarious - ask him yourselves!
He was great in gone in 60 seconds because he didn't speak. He doesn't really act, he just plays himself in every role. He acted the same way when he played that little pansy game soccer.

i agree, I've seen him play only 2 things in multiple movies. Juggernaut, and Vinnie Jones. toss this guy some serious stuff before we get sick of him.

He's a better actor than he was a footballer. He does one thing well as an actor, play a hard man. He was a hard man footballer too, but he was rubbish at it.

sharedon't know if he´s good or bad, all i know is if there is a movie with him in it i'll must probably gonna watch it. Not my favorite actor by any means but it's a tough guy character that i'll always like to see in a movie. Of course depends on the movie, but you know what i mean.

i think thats a bit of a disservice to shcwarzenegger - given all the classic movies he's given us (predator, total recall etc...)
but he's got a head start on vinnie i suppose, so i guess we'll see in time
as others have said - Jones plays his one persona consistently. whether or not it works in the movie is another thing. Unfortunately for him he usually seems to be in pretty rubbish movies
