Is the daughter a dwarf?

Not sure but her body looks very dwarf like...she has to be only about 4'5" tall or so. And her arms are really short and she has a long torso...all dwarf characteristics. Just find it odd that this is never discussed? I wonder why they chose that actress to play the daughter. And I find her to be a really poor actress.
