Replacing Are You Being Served on American PBS

So this is supposed to be the really wonderful show that replaced Are You Being Served on American PBS? This show does not even come close to the quality found in Are You Being Served and is down right boring. It's hard to believe that it took seven writers to come up with this dribble.
