I reckon way more than that! It's the biggest fashion show of the year so I reckon maybe $200,000. This would be the biggest paying gig possible for a supermodel I reckon.

I don't know how much they get paid for the fashion show itself, but I heard that Karolina Kurkova gets paid by VS $25 million for 55 days of work in one year.

That's not true. KK only earned about 3.5 million dollars according to forbes during the 2005 July to 2006 July period. Adriana and Alessandra earned 6 million dollars each during the same period. Gisele earned a staggering 33 million.
To answer the original question: I don't think they get a lot. A few thousand dollars, max. Heck, most models would do it for free, simply for the exposure they get from being in a show like this. There's not a lot of money in doing runway shows nowadays. The big money is in multi-year contracts with big name companies.
Gisele earns $5 million a year with her contract with VS. Recently, she did not extend her contract with Victoria's Secret. She split with the company because they didn't raise her 5 million salary.
