Why didn't the bad guys...

...run over his bike early on? Like after he saved the 15 yo girl from highly public gang rape, they could have just backed over it with their trucks. The bike is obviously the source of all his powers. I figured that out the minute he rolled into town.

All kidding aside, I actually did enjoy this movie. The unintentional sepia tone wash kind of reminded me of Dead Man.
