BILLY JACK remake

There was some talk several years ago that a remake of BILLY JACK was in the works and was to star Keanu Reeves. I wonder if this is that script finally rescued from Development Hell and given to Dolph's agent. I mean, even one of the covers/posters released has Dolph wearing the classic Billy Jack hat, for crying out loud.
