Ideas for PD The Movie

I'm a big fan of the show. I loved all the characters and I thought that this has great potential but sadly it got cancelled too soon :( I've been doing some readings and I saw that they are planning to make a Broadway Musical or a Movie for PD because the creator felt like they want to end things the right way.


I am so excited when I read this and I thought of some things that I want to see in the movie!

Well first of all, since it ended with Chuck showing up in her Aunt's place alive, I want to see how the Aunt reacted. I would want to see Vivian, kinda happy but still disappointed for seeing Chuck as she still feels betrayed by her sister, Lily. Lily and Chuck moved out of the house because Vivian cannot bear to see the two. Lily and Chuck moves in with Ned.

Ned and Chuck are more in love than ever, Lily is so happy to have her daughter back, Olive and Randy are madly in love, Emerson has his daughter Penny with her girlfriend Simone. Everything is going great for all of them until, Chuck decided to visit Vivian. She saw Vivian lifeless and alone in her home. They were all crushed, especially Lily as they never got to patch things up before her beloved sister died.

This would be another case for Emerson, Ned and the team to get to the bottom of. The facts are, Vivian dies of heart attack. They all suspect that someone was there when Vivian died, someone that made her so shocked that it triggered a heart attack.

Ned was about to touch Vivian when a mysterious man appeared and confessed that he was the cause of Vivian's death. It was, Chuck's dad, Charles Charles. After being dead for 20 years, Vivian couldn't take seeing his ex-fiance. (some flashback when they were young and how they got together and how Lily got pregnant with Chuck.)

(Insert some other story line for Emerson and Olive)

After they had all the conversation, Ned asked if Chuck's dad was the one who saved Olive and him on the cliff. Chcuk's dad denied it ans said that he was hiding the whole time and planned to never get in touch with them again. Hearing his father's words, Chuck was heartbroken and ran away. Ned, followed her as she stormed of but to his surprise, someone very families appeared outside the door.

It was Ned's dad who abandoned him 20 years ago. He said he had been watching over Ned for 20 years. He was always there for his son. Ned doesn't want to believe him. Then his father made one revelation. That he has the same ability as Ned. He can also bring back the dead. They went back to the Pie Hole and talked more. Then his father explained to him everything. Ned asked him why he abandoned him 20 years ago when his mom died. His father made another revelation, that Ned was dead and he touched him to bring back his life. Ned was again surprised by the revelation. He was dead all along and that 29 years ago, Ned was found lifeless in his crib by his dad. His dad couldn't bear to lose his kid so he decided to touch him and bring him back to life. Ned's mother never found out what happened and Ned's father became aloof to his kid knowing that he can never touch his child again ever again.

Upon his mother's death, Ned's dad knew that he could never take care of him so he decided to send Ned to a boarding school. He was always there all along but Ned never saw his Dad.

Ned was still shocked by everything and tried to walk around. He saw Chuck weeping around the street and Ned sat beside her. Ned told her everything that she had discovered that day and they just both sat there, giving each other an imaginary hug.


Back to the Pie Hole. Ned's dad said that he knows how to make their powers go away for good and they can live their lives normal again. For 20 years, all Ned's dad ever did was go out and look for a solution or a "cure" for their gift and finally he found one. He can finally hold his son again and his son can finally live a normal life with the girl she loves.


(Now, I am still thinking how they can reverse their powers so, let's just say that they went on an adventure, had some bumps along the way like Ned accidentally touching Chuck's dad and making him dead permanently and then after all that they succeed.)


Before they turn off their powers, Ned want to do something for the last time. Ned touched Vivian and brought her back to life. Then Ned and his dad reversed their powers and for the first time for a very long time, they shared a very long tight hug and Ned and Chuck finally shared their first real long and passionate kiss.

The End.


I want to see that, I hope they make the movie soon! :) Thanks!
