Lillian mentions in 'Pigeon'

In the fourth episode Lily mentions to Olive that in the past she had read something personal of Vivian's and it had caused a rift between them. I'm wondering if anyone involved behind the scenes ever explained what this was about? Possibly/ Probably Charles Charles?
