Could the casting have been more perfect?
I think every single character was cast absolutely perfectly, does anyone disagree?
shareyes, emerson cod and chuck were misscast. she was cast solely for looking pretty but the show would require someone whose beauty comes from the inside, like with rest of the cast. Her acting all came down to speaking really fast, which admittedly, they all (except emerson) did, but they also conveyed emotions while she just blurted her lines with single facial expression on.
Emerson had no beauty, inside nor out. When he hooks up with Simone, it''s really hard on the eyes to assume woman such as herself would ever hook up with a fugly blob that he is. His acting sorta worked, as in, he wasn't as flat as te dead grl, but only make him even more disgusting than his physical appearance would. He had no charm, and it was glaring in the show that was all charm.
