Poster a rip off from the 'Dinosaur' one

As if this film didn't have enough problems already. Since it isn't on IMDb, if you go to Wikipedia (or google image search) and look at the poster on the page for this film, you can plainly see that the poster is a rip off from the promotional poster for the Disney movie Dinosaur. Go to the page for that movie. Compare them. It's basically the same thing, a reflection of some environment or characters in a closeup of a reptilian's eye. This can't be a tribute. It's a movie poster archetype but not many of them have the exact same "reptile thing with reflection in eye" thing: http://unrealitymag.bcmediagroup.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/posters5-465x390.jpg

By the way, the CGI in Dinosaur was better than in this film, and that was a movie made in 2000 (but technically the 90's). Lastly, I came across this terrible film by accident. My stupid Dish Network On Demand identified this film with Heatstroke (2013) with the description for that movie and poster and all of that. We realized something was up about 5 minutes in with the fake looking smoke when the guy crashed amongst other things.

Has this same mixup happened with anyone else?
