Carrie Fisher

I have a recorded episode of this that was Carrie Fisher's final TV appearance. It was December 17, and she was in London to promote her book. As we know she suffered a heart attack on the plane back to the United States six days later and died four days after that. So her appearance on The Graham Norton Show was only ten days before she died.
