Absolutely, it has a plot. Just one that is poorly written, involving stupid characters, a cardboard, one-dimensional killer and questionable location, motivations and poor character development. (Seriously, why would you write a character a back story involving a child that his job keeps him away from and then have that character disappear from the rest of the movie 20 minutes in?)
