Awesome Slasher Movie!!! A Must See!

This movie had it all! A great story, good to great acting, excellent scares, nice directing & the mood was terrific!

Right off the back you could tell this wasn't gonna be your average horror movie. And the type of gore & violence wasn't repetitive. There's one part where you go " Damn, that's not right!" and it involves a car!

You can tell the writing is top notch for the reason that almost everything has a unique spin on it. But by far the killer in this film steals every scene he's in. This film needs to have a couple of sequels if only to see more of this sick dude! After all there are juries aplenty out there! :)

Great start, interesting & tense middle & spectacular ending! What more could you ask for!

I really enjoyed this as well. My good friend got me a copy. We don't have it here in the USA yet for some reason. It's very gory and well done horror film. Plus it has the blonde girl from Addam's Family that was annoying. So that is a plus! She is very hot now! Wooo so sexy!

I am going to conclude that the original poster has either A) not actually seen the movie, XII or B) They are part of the movie production and need to drum up some ratings, because you could cut and paste their text and apply it to almost ANY movie that has a "killer".

Possible spoilers, so be forewarned:

1) "And the type of gore & violence wasn't repetitive." That's because the movie was very light on the "gore & violence"

2) "There's one part where you go 'Damn, that's not right!' and it involves a car!" Which scene would that be? I can think of a scene that 'involves a car', but it did not make me go 'Damn, that's not right!'

3) "You can tell the writing is top notch for the reason that almost everything has a unique spin on it." This statement would only be valid if you can count the number of slasher movies that you have seen on one hand.

4) "But by far the killer in this film steals every scene he's in." I find this statement highly debatable since the "killer" is a cardboard cutout character with no emotion, no dialogue and virtually no insight into his motivations. I would say that a Star Wars stormtrooper looking for droids steals the scene he is in better than the killer from XII.

5)"spectacular ending!" How do you state that the ending is *spectactular* when it fits the cliche of *tough killer kills people, from old women to burly men, but when faced with the final, 90-lb 20-year old woman he suddenly becomes incompetant and she beats the crap out of him*?

To be honest, this might be the original posters first movie of this type and, if so, I am sorry for my response. However, they did compare this to "your average horror movie." implying that they were familiar with the genre.

Oh no..........Not another horror film with a "final girl" triumph.
