shareI don't think that was implied. I think she was crying only because she feels really bad for what she was willing to give.

She is crying because he has power over her and he's treating her like a sex-slave. Being forced on "all four" can be seen like an "animal-position" if someone has to do it against their will and I think he probably forced her to have anal-sex since this particular act pushed her over the edge to the point where she cries in the tub. Having anal-sex is of course something that requires an agreement from both parts or it will hurt badly, so I asume that he forced this on her, not only inflicting her with humiliation, but also large amounts of pain.
