149 Years Of The Ogre

I just finished watching this film and have to admit, I enjoyed it. The CGI ogre was lame, but the acting was good as well as the suspense. Interesting how that ancient town remained under Bartlett Henry's spell for so long. With a sacrificial victim to the ogre each year, that would make 149 villagers that the ogre devoured.

After 149 years of worrying about being the ogre's victim for each coming year, I'm surprised the villagers never revolted against the system long ago instead of waiting for a century and a half. My rating is **½ out of ****.
