GUILTY AS CHARGED

Dude the facts add up perfectly. Shes apart of a family of hippie potheads from austrlia. She knew the laws and so did her family, your telling me her step brother doesnt look guilty at all? And what was the pyshco with a fetish to help set her free, motives? He got suckered into dropping mad loot on a guilty person. Thats a joke in itself, and if they even wanted a fair chance to win that trail. You dont try to make a government look stupid by trying to expose corruption. That wont do anything but make a government pissed and start diplomatic problems. She got a fair trial. What do u expect from a 3rd world country. There is a REASON why the prime minister wasnt stepping in and enforcing political powers. He knew she was guilty, U dont think Austrlia was doing investigations this entire time on this family.... Think again. I know that she is guilty... her defense was pulling all kinds of bull crap stunts. BTW if u read up on it. There are reports that apparently she isnt even being detained that hard. The jail didnt even look that bad for a forein institution. Shes already stated taht she wants to stay in the prison shes at instead of coming back to austrilias... hmmmmmmm

It seems that her dad was really behind it all, and that alone is SAD!

She may very f'ing well of been Guilty as Charged but explain to me good sir how bringing Pot into a country is worse than kidnapping and Rape? This guy in the news now gets 49 months and she gets God Damn 20 years?

Of coarse the only thing i've seen on this is the HBO documentry, so as far as knowing if someone is guilty or inocent by the way they look is a little far fetched.
There is no reality TV ,so the HBO doc i'm sure was drama at its best. The cameras were rolling and all involved knew where they were.

I guess my on only question is why they didn't at least hold on to the evidence long enough to check for finger prints on the bag. It seems to me they might have been able to see if there were prints other than hers to prove that someone else may have placed the ganja in her board bag,or even for there case they would of been able to judge without doubt. If they would of been able to find only her's or members of her family's prints it would of been a more beleivible case against her.

Regardless,20 years or death is to much payment for a bag of pot.

Its hard to beleive someone can be that stupid to try and smuggle something like that into a country that kills people over pot.
