I kinda wondered the same thing otherwise they REALLY lucked out with some awesome criminals. ("Ya lookin to get rid of me Ponch?")

This show has to be fake! I doubt they would put these criminals in great danger. What about shoot outs and stuff like that?

I was born and raised and still live in Muncie and I can assure you that none of it is staged. They started filming after Thanks Giving and just left last Thursday. Since even before they started filming all the way up until last Thursday something Armed and Famous related has been on the front page of The Star Press (Muncie's local newspaper). Some people were offered a little bit of money or a t-shirt to sign a release form so their face could be shown on the show but that’s all. Its definitely not staged.
