From foetus to baby, very graphic at the end of the movie.
Quiet uncommon...

It was pretty shocking to see the movie taking on such a crude graphical turn at the last 5 minutes.

It was certainly not a newborn baby - the one pictured in MR73 clearly has full teeth already!
