What a load

This was a bit miss represented by the title. The only guy you could really call off the grid on in this program was the goat guy. I had a family member who lived off the grid. She and her husband embraced a 19th century lifestyle. They lived in a tepee for a while then built a 19th century home style home. My uncle using a hammer and anvil hand made all the door latches, hinges, nails and lots of other stuff. They raised horses and chickens.

There was a woman I knew who lived off the grid in Alaska.

Most of these guys are drug addicted homeless squatters living in wrecked cars! This doesn’t represent people who live off the grid at all!

I tried living truly off the grid in the Yukon for a while.

Beautifully remote, but 40 below zero is just too brutal.

Next time I'll choose a tropical climate, are there any mesa's in Belize?
